Sodium Alginate, a polysaccharide extracted from Kelp-like Phaeophyceae, formed by a-L-Mannuronic acid (M section) and b-D-Guluronic acid(G-section) connected through 1,4-glucosidic bond, it's shown white grain or yellow shapeless powder, odorless and tasteless.
